This place is clean and stylish, offering double rooms with lovely views and a wake-up service available, as well as outstanding food with a great selection of meals.

Rooms a bit small, bu tok for business travel. The hotel is a bit off the center and in order to get to the metro or tram you need to walk through the harbour.

For a 195€ room, not including breakfast which is really standard and costs 17,5€ pp!! Plus not including internet, it is... cheeky and not nice for an international four star hotel. It was a beautiful sunny day, the hotel has a massive terrace and we decided to have a brunch in the terraca outside but... We had to wait till 12:00 as before they only serve part of the menu, then they did not have even a croissant ( which i had seen in the breakfast tables). Waiter:"croissant we only serve at the restaurant inside." Me: "Why?" Waiter:"Because the kitchen is much bigger inside" Me: "you can just have a basket of croissants here." Waiter quite annoyed now: "the menu is different on the terrace Madame, what would you like to eat"....

The accommodation was beautifully decorated and offered a stunning view.

Booked a double room, but it was two twin beds pushed together, which was fine, but not what you would expect for a hotel you pay in excess of €100 a night for. Also, be careful if you pay with a different card from the one you booked with - I paid with my debit, but my credit card had been used as a guarantee, and it took over a week to get the funds released back to my account (although the staff were very helpful)

History and location in harbour yet water taxis made it conveniant to downtown. Rooms verry neat and clean and restaurant on location was excellent

Had a wonderful stay with excellent service, enjoyed dining at a lovely restaurant with attentive staff, and was impressed by the stunning view of the harbor.

We had the twin room which was spacious with a view. Its staff was exceptionally nice and exceptional. The location was marvellous and stunning, and we could reach Wilhelminapier by walking.

Facilities were excellent, nonetheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

Cozy place with a beautiful location near a restaurant I've enjoyed in the past when visiting the area.

They gave us a queen room with a partial view as well as a bath in front of the window.

Located within walking distance of Holland America dock. The wireless email worked well.

There was no way to avoid steps to enter the hotel so luggage had to be carried up/down at least 10 steps.
